About our playgroup

Little Bluebells Playgroup is our latest addition, and is committed to serving the needs of the local area. Based within Hockliffe Lower School, we have been operating since 2008. We have recently added an extension to our outside play area which is under development. The outside play area will incorporate a mini builders yard, den building, digging area and much more.

Prices

We aim to keep our prices as low as possible. Prices are £7.00 per 2.5 hour session, £8.40 per 3 hour session, plus £2.50 per half term for materials. If your child is entitled to 3 year old funding but you do not use it with us then the charge is £10 per session.

Government funding is available for all children in the term following their 3rd birthday. If you have any queries, please contact us and we will be happy to help

Latest news & notes

We return on Tuesday 6th September 2011.

Our topic is ‘Al About Me”, this will be inspiration for our activities this term. It would be lovely if the children could bring their baby photos in for our display.

Stage 1 of the outdoor development begins this weekend. We will see many changes within the existing area.

Educational resources

We have a wide range of books, toys, games and computer based learning to help your child’s development.

We also have themes for each half term with related activities  and games

All children are provided with a healthy snack during the session.

Every child in our care has a dedicated keyperson, who will ensure your child’s needs are properly assessed and addressed, and is your first point of contact   if you have any concerns or queries . If your child has been allocated sessions in Playgroup they are eligible to start regardless of beng potty trained.

We have extensive experience in dealing with special educational needs and can offer help, advice and support and if necessary request referrals if further assistance is required.
